It’s already day 3 of Frocktober, my month of wearing frocks to raise both awareness of the signs of Ovarian Cancer and funds to be donated to the OCRF for the research of development of an early detection test. It is not a good frock day here in Melbs, it’s blowing a gale and rather fresh but I’ve donned a frock and have the legs out regardless! It helps I just took delivery of this rather rad Cross My Heart Cardi from The Frow Boutique, which works tonally with the frock I’d chosen for today (gotta have a plan otherwise you get really confused when faced with so many frocks!).
So today I’m wearing a gorgeous dusky pink linen shirt dress by Lilya, donated by Style Palace. It’s somewhat shorter on me, worst luck, due to my long torso issues, but it’s definitely not too short that I’m uncomfortable wearing it!
my little “helper” had to be in shot!
being linen it crinkles easily, but it is oh so comfy which makes up for it!
Barbie, aka Style Palace, interviewed me about Frocktober and what it means to me a few weeks ago for her blog. You can read the interview here. Barbie is a total gem, and if you haven’t checked out her store, you really should. I’m absolutely loving these that are new in store;
I’ve paired today’s frock with these crossover mules from The Iconic for pics, but for general running around, aka life, I’m wearing tan ankle boots for some extra warmth…
Other pink/blush things I’m luuuurving today…
